Ulpa Desai is a renowned Indian folk and classical dance choreographer with over 26 years of experience. Founder of Shivam Kalakendra in Vadodara, she has trained more than 600 students and produced eight acclaimed dance dramas. Her expertise spans eight Gujarati folk styles, as well as dances from Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Punjab. Ulpa has performed at prestigious venues including Mumbai’s NCPA, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and international stages in the USA and Malaysia.
